Percussionist Reed Puleo dedicates himself to performing contemporary classics and collaborating with others to bring new works to life. He has performed at the Lucerne Festival, Bang on a Can Summer Festival, at Celebrity Series of Boston Stave Sessions, with the Nieuw Ensemble at Muziekgebouw aan 't IJ (Amsterdam, NL), musicians of the Silkroad Ensemble, and Mantra Percussion at National Sawdust (Brooklyn, NY). Recent collaborations include those with Michele Mazzini (bass clarinet), and Lara Lewison's in her 'Virtual Dollhouse.' Reed is currently pursuing a Master of Music at the University of Michigan, and holds a Bachelor of Music from Boston Conservatory at Berklee. He also studied for one year at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam.
