Fallon Hammer is an oboist and student from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She received her BM at Baldwin Wallace University, having studied with Jeff Rathbun. She is pursuing her MM at the University of Georgia, studying with Dr. Reid Messich. Fallon has performed as a soloist with the Baldwin Wallace Wind Ensemble, attended Endless Mountain Musical Festival, and performed in a variety of orchestras, wind ensembles, opera pits, and chamber ensembles. Her passion is contemporary chamber music, and her priority is performing and commissioning such works. When she isn’t sharpening her reed knives, Fallon can be found laying in the sun or eating a huge amount of plain Greek yogurt.
