He was a finalist in the Leonard Falcone International Tuba and Euphonium Festival. He has been an associate member of the Civic Orchestra of Chicago and a part of the Miami Music Festival.

As an educator, Keith has taught masterclasses and adjudicated competitions in the middle and high school levels throughout Greater Houston. He is a spirited advocate of music education who enjoys providing one-on-one and group lessons to local communities. Currently, he maintains a virtual low brass studio that is accessible for all low brass students at the junior high and high school levels in the United States. Students will learn the fundamentals of brass playing and how to prepare for auditions, competitions and recitals under his guidance.

He is forever indebted to his teachers: Stephanie Frye-Clark, Ken Heinlein, Mike Roylance and Yasuhito Sugiyama.
